 WELCOME HOME

Church of the Crucifixion, Glen Burnie, MD, is a caring, compassionate community of Catholic Christians sharing our gifts and talents in the service of others according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. We serve the community through outreach, education, social activities, sacramental preparation, comfort to the sick along with many other ministries. We dedicate ourselves to Jesus Christ and His continuing mission to teach, heal, reconcile and serve. We hope you will feel at home and experience a sense of belonging if you choose to worship with us, and that you will grow in faith. We wish you God's blessings and our warmest welcome!

"For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare, not for woe!  plans to give you a future full of hope."  Jeremiah 29:11

GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

"Through the Holy Spirit we are restored to paradise, led back to the Kingdom of heaven, and adopted as children, given confidence to call God "Father" and to share in Christ's grace, called children of light and given a share in eternal glory.” - St. Basil, De Spiritu Sancto

Let us continue in our daily lives to reflect upon the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit… wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, fortitude, piety and fear of the Lord. We would like to share the reflections from the Holy Spirit Novena held here at Crucifixion, please click on the links below:
